Aleutian Development
Corporation includes the Margaret Bay Subdivision that contains leases
with the Grand Aleutian Hotel, the US Postal Service, Safeway, and Alaska
Commercial Company.

Dutch Harbor
Development Corporation includes the lease of the American President
Lines dock and uplands.

FDOC, Inc.
includes the Rocky Point area and the Saltchuck lease of the "Delta
Western" fuel dock area.

Little Brazil
Corporation is a management company, managing excavation and mining
of subsurface estate owned by the Aleut Corporation.

Dutch Harbor Aggregate
Company, Inc. (DHACI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ounalashka
Corporation managing
the subsurface estate of Little South America.
Ounalashka
Properties, Inc. (OPI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ounalashka
Corporation managing the office building on the corner of 6th and E
Streets in Anchorage, Alaska, leasing space to First Alaskans Institute,
the State of Alaska and Limon & Walker. The Alaska Native Arts
Foundation has a gallery on the first floor.
Uknadax
Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ounalashka
Corporation managing the Hog Island asset.
