Director Shirley Gustafson
Shirley M. Gustafson was appointed to the Board of Directors to fill the seat left vacant by Bill Shaishnikoff, who resigned in July 2004. She will serve the remainder of his term, which expires in June 2005. She was elected to the Board in 2001 and served a full term, which expired in June 2004. Previously, she served on the Board from 1990 through Annual Meeting 1993. During that time, she served as Treasurer of FDOC, Inc. and as President of Dutch Harbor Development Corporation, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of OC.
Shirley works as a bookkeeper for the Aleutian Region School District. She has put in a lot of hard work and earned her degree in Accounting at Charter College in Anchorage, Alaska -- Congratulations, Shirley!
