As the Corporate Secretary, Rachel Johnson serves in the capacities executive and recording secretary to the Board of Directors and manager of Shareholder Affairs. She also manages information technology in the office as the network administrator.
Rachel Dirks
Rachel started at OC as its receptionist in September 2002 and was promoted to Shareholder Affairs and Corporate Secretary in 2004. She is the daughter of shareholder Kathy Dirks. Rachel is also taking on the shareholder newsletter and the administration of OC's computer network. Yay!
