OC Director and Vice President O. Patricia Lekanoff-Gregory and Denise Rankin, Property Manager, at Camp Qungaayux^
As OC's Property Manager, shareholder Denise M. Rankin processes all leasing issues from basic month-to-month leases to very long-term, from insurance issues to property taxes, and from collections to advertising vacant properties. She supervises the Records & Property Assistant. Denise has been with OC since 1997.
Denise serves on the Iliuliuk Family and Health Services Clinic Board, and is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Qawalangin Tribe of Unalaska's Tribal Council.
Maricel Tungul and Grace Sevilla at the 2008 Annual Shareholders' Meeting
Formerly serving in this position, Maricel Tungul has returned to OC after moving to Anchorage for a brief period. Maricel maintains the filing system database, files all incoming and outgoing documents and assists in retrieval. She assists the Property Manager in monitoring leases for compliance.
