Maintenance Foreman, Tim Schliebe
Tim Schliebe is OC's Maintenance Foreman, moving up from his position as a crew member. He works closely with the Property Manager and the Operations Manager, coordinating the Maintenance Shop crew in meeting its tight schedule of property maintenance, repairs and special projects.

Paula Lekanoff started at OC in the Maintenance Department, then moved to Land Security. Paula patrols OC lands on a regular basis making sure that there are no trespassers, reporting any problems with lease areas to Property Management, and reporting unlawful behavior on OC land to the City of Unalaska Department of Public Safety.
Linda Lekanoff began working as a Land Security Officer for OC as a summer job, but OC appreciated her work so much we decided to keep her on throughout the year. Now we have to find her with the camera!
